You can cancel your booking using the link below or the link contained in your rental voucher. The cancellation policy for each booking depends on the car hire company. You can see the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions of each offer. To obtain a refund of a prepaid booking, provided that the terms and conditions of the offer permit a refund, you must cancel it before the start of your rental using the link below or the link in your rental voucher.

Please note you will need to bring your voucher to the pick up office to be able to collect your car. We suggest you print it out to speed up the pick up process.

If you want to return the vehicle to a different office than the one it was collected from you need to choose the ‘one way’ option when making your booking. To do this you need to unclick the ‘Return the car to the same location’ box and select where you’d like to return the car. Our search engine will automatically inform you if the route you have chosen is possible. The hire company normally charges a ‘one-way’ fee for returning the car to a different office. If this is the case, it is explained in the conditions before booking and again on the rental voucher.

You will find all the fuel policy information in Rhodes in the terms and conditions of each offer and in your voucher. With the full/full option you will collect the car with a full tank and you will have to return it full. Therefore, you will only pay for the fuel you use.

Only drivers whose names appear in the rental contract are allowed to drive the rental car.

Yes. With most companies there is an additional charge to pay for adding an extra driver. You can find information about any possible additional driver fees in the terms and conditions of each offer and also on your rental voucher.

Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car. The deposit amount will be temporarily blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.
