The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving licence and the rental voucher.

We are never able to confirm the make, model or colour of the car you will receive. Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, colour, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.
The fuel policy determines how you will pay for the fuel for your rental car and whether you will have to refill the tank or not before dropping off the car. You can see each car’s fuel policy clearly by its description.
You will find all the fuel policy information in Dubai in the terms and conditions of each offer and in your voucher. With the full/full option you will collect the car with a full tank and you will have to return it full. Therefore, you will only pay for the fuel you use.
