We are never able to confirm the make, model or color of the car you will receive.Your booking isn’t associated with a specific vehicle (make or model, color, equipment etc) but is for a group of vehicles with similar characteristics. In the event that the requested group is not available you will be given a vehicle from a higher group at no extra cost.

The main driver needs these four documents to be able to collect the car (all must be original documents and in the drivers' name): a credit card with embossed numbers and sufficient credit to cover the deposit amount and any extras, passport or ID card, full driving license and the rental voucher.

In most cases the main driver needs a credit card in order to rent a car. Sometimes it is also possible to pay with a debit card. In this case you should contact us and we will try to find a solution.

Yes. For most offers on our website you will be required to leave a security deposit when you collect the car. The deposit amount will be temporarily blocked on / taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. As long as you bring the car back undamaged at the end of the rental, the money will be unblocked / returned.

If you don’t want to have to leave a deposit for the excess when you collect the car you can choose an offer with zero excess.
